Jeremy’s strong drive, positivity, passion, and down-to-earth personality make it incredibly easy to place a high level of trust in him. That trust pushes me to work harder every session. I continue to uncover new capabilities within myself allowing me to grow to levels I never thought imaginable — something truly valuable for someone with a strong drive for success. He’s taught me that I won’t get everything right every time and that failure isn’t a setback but an opportunity to improve or simply a reminder that I’m human. Jeremy was my first ever personal trainer. I’d spent years procrastinating and never had the motivation to go to the gym. After finally deciding to get some help, I found Jeremy — and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made.

He listened from day one, adapted everything to accomodate my work and life, and never pushed me into an uncomfortable zone. What started as a training plan turned into a genuine friendship. I still can’t believe I was waking up at 5.45am for the gym — not even my medical exams got me up that early. My wife was shocked to see me actually excited to train.

Those 45 minutes with him were focused, full of laughs, and always a solid, intense workout. He’s great at his job, a patient teacher, and truly invested in my progress. Even after I moved overseas for two years, he continues to guide me with my fitness and diet plans.

I went looking for a personal trainer, but found a friend who genuinely cares. I’m very grateful for everything he’s done. 🙏
